Student Houses Cardiff is a family business, run from our home in Roath Park, Cardiff. We are professional Landords with over 20 years experience of providing quality accommodation to Cardiff's students.

We offer quality student houses in the heart of Cathays and Roath, Cardiff's main student areas. You deal direct with us, the landlord, so there is no finding fee or charge to you whatsoever. We give you the fullest possible descriptions of our properties with recent photos and then arrange viewings to suit you. 

Once you have chosen your new home we take you step by step through our letting procedure from contracts to deposits etc. We provide a full inventory service to check the property at the beginning and end of your tenancy to agree return of your bond. You receive a Tenants Guide and Welcome Pack and we can help you with all aspects of moving into your new home, from setting up bills and services to obtaining parking permits.

We maintain our properties in excellent condition and provide a full and reliable maintenance service.

We ensure we are up to date with all legal requirements for letting properties including registering all deposits with a government approved deposit protection scheme and providing annual gas and electrical safety certificates. We are a Cardiff Council approved HMO licence holder and are registered with the University and UWIC accommodation offices.
